DRAGON FRUIT COCKTAIL

Sunberry Dragon Fruit Nectar & your choice of tequila to make a delicious cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ounces Dragon Fruit Nectar

  • 2 ounces Tequila

  • 1 ounce Lime juice

  • ½ ounce Triple sec

  • ½ ounce Simple syrup

  • add Margarita salt on rim

  • add Lime zest

  • add Lime wedge

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place margarita salt in the glass rimmer. Zest a lime and add it to the margarita salt. Use a cut lime wedge to run around the edge of the glass, then dip the edge in the margarita salt to coat the rim. Set aside.

  • Juice the rest of the lime reserving a slice or wedge for garnish.

  • Add fresh ice to the prepared glass.

  • Add more fresh ice to the cocktail shaker along with the tequila, dragon fruit nectar, triple sec, simple syrup, and fresh lime juice. Shake for 10-15 seconds until nice and cold.

  • Strain the dragon fruit cocktail into the prepared glass. Garnish with a lime wedge or slice and enjoy immediately.
